We really liked that the report contains pictures with the explanations; its a complete and impressive report. Also easy method of payment. This inspection was done without our presence because we are presently in Ontario and buying in SK. Although our real estate agent and our daughter were present for the inspection, the report was so complete, understandable and easy to follow that it reassured us in the purchase of our home. Buying at a distance is not easy but the inspection report is so thorough that it kind of "put the icing on the cake" for us. - Andre & Francine C

I really appreciated that Dave took the time to explain the relevance of everything he found. He didn't just whip through his feedback - he took the time to explain what could happen long term if certain things are left without improvement. He also took the time to show us how his various meters and sensors work so that we could fully understand the results in his report. As someone who's unfamiliar with home inspection, this was very helpful. He was also very frank, which I think is super important. He would tell us which things are relatively minor and inexpensive to repair and which things will require a larger commitment of time and money. He was incredibly thorough and I feel very confident that he provided us with all of the information he possibly could. As a 22 year old first time home buyer that knows relatively nothing, I felt as if he tried to explain the issues to a level that I could understand instead of in more of a technical way. Brought me to all the spots so he could show me what it was he was talking about, pointed out the issues.
